A Festive Fourth to Remember

It all began when Erin and Tim met in Richmond in 2015. After dating for several years, Tim pops the question, having secretly booked Erin's dream photographer, Carrie Coleman, who would later also photograph their wedding. Working with Erin and Tim in the months leading up to their big day at the beautiful King Family Vineyard was such a treat as these two are kind, incredibly thoughtful, and really wanted to prioritize their guests’ experience during their wedding weekend.

Their Fourth of July wedding weekend was full of fun, amazing food, and of course, fireworks! With friends and family traveling to Charlottesville from up and down the East Coast, Erin and Tim kicked off their weekend encouraging everyone to wear their favorite star-spangled gear before a beautiful rehearsal dinner on the Downtown Mall. On wedding day morning, Erin shared a few memorable moments with her groom before their ceremony set in front of sweeping views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Erin and Tim's wedding design was inspired by a collection of Erin's mother's chinoiserie filled with greenery and cream-colored florals which served as a centerpiece for their guest tables. Toasts were sentimental, and the groom's brother even surprised the newlyweds with video cameos from James Cordon and UVA's own Tony Bennett!
