Two Become One

Darcey had the most incredible vision in mind for her wedding day, and her attention to detail is second to none. There were thoughtful touches throughout her wedding including not only a first look with her groom, Chris, but also a first look with her brother who walked her down the aisle, a cameo of her father on her stunning bouquet, and a moment of unity during their ceremony just before exchanging vows when Darcey, Chris, and Chris' dapper son Drake all added soil and water to a plant. Their emotional ceremony set underneath a breathtaking floral arbor was backed by the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains - their wedding day could not have been more perfect.

The bride surprised her groom by flying in a professional cigar roller to impress guests with the live experience of rolling fresh cigars to accompany a late night whiskey and bourbon bar. Guests dined amongst candle light with an incredible spread of food provided by The Catering Outfit and enjoyed champagne in the midst of heartfelt toasts. It was such a joy working with Darcey to bring her dream day to life and truly an honor to be a part of the blending of two incredible, beautiful families.
