Day by Fay ...
Offers three distinct packages, including Day-of Coordination, Month-of Coordination, and Partial Planning.
Day-of Coordination is the most basic package - the couple desires to be hands on and invested in the planning process and is willing to put the effort in to connect and negotiate with vendors prior to securing them. In this plan, Day by Fay steps in roughly the week before wedding day to finalize any last minute details, allowing the couple to relax in the final days leading up to their wedding! I'll be present on wedding day for up to 8 hours to lead through the choreograph the ceremony and ensure the events following run smoothly.
Month-of Coordination is a blend between the other two packages. Day by Fay will be hands on in the month leading up to your wedding, finalizing communications and overseeing timeline distribution to all the couple's selected vendors. Managing rehearsal, and present on wedding day from the moment your first vendor arrives tot he moment your last guest departs, Day by Fay will offer full support to couple, wedding party, guests, and vendors.
Partial planning is the most comprehensive package, and is tailored to couples who would like more guidance throughout their wedding planning process. As early as eight months prior to your event date, I am able to offer input and suggestions for vendors, help negotiate contracts, review proposals, lay out a timeline for save-the-dates and invitations, manage hotel-blocks, build a timeline of the wedding day's events, meet vendors and clients on site for a visit, choreograph and lead rehearsal the day before the wedding.
